Pro book - legacy loan lookup

Route pattern: /loans/pro-book/[legacyPk]

Purpose​

Pro book is a read-focused view into legacy Pro loan rows identified by primary key, used when staff must reconcile mapping between Decision PRO journeys and historical Pro data (for example from a mapping banner on an application).

When to use it​

  • Your administrator confirms the feature flag / integration is on for your tenant.
  • You received a deep link from an internal banner or support ticket with a known PK.

What you should not expect​

  • Not a replacement for core banking balances-treat as context alongside authoritative ledgers.
  • If the page 404s or errors, the PK may be invalid or the integration disabled-contact AIS support with the correlation ID from the error panel if your bank uses that pattern.
