Approvals list & detail

Purpose: Decision-makers review cases that passed earlier checks and record approve / reject / send-back with reasons your bank requires.

What you see

  • Queue sorted by urgency, amount, SLA, or risk (depends on configuration).
  • Detail shows summary, policy hints, score outputs, documents, and history of actions.

What you do

  1. Open a case from the queue.
  2. Read all required sections your bank mandates (checklist in your SOP).
  3. Choose Approve, Reject, or Request changes-expect a confirmation step.
  4. After submission, the status updates on related applications and may trigger notifications or next-stage tasks.
