Sign-in, sessions, and security habits

What you do

  1. Open your bank’s Decision PRO URL (HTTPS) from a link your administrator gave you.
  2. Enter username and password (or use single sign-on if your bank enabled it).
  3. If prompted, complete multi-factor authentication (authenticator app or SMS-depends on your bank).

What happens behind the scenes (plain language)

  • The system checks your identity and builds a session so you do not re-enter your password on every click.
  • Sessions expire after a period of inactivity or at a scheduled time-your bank sets the policy. If you see “session expired,” sign in again; unsaved work on a form may be lost.
  • Do not share your password or MFA device. Do not use Decision PRO from a public computer without your bank’s policy allowing it.

If something goes wrong

SymptomWhat to try
“Invalid credentials”Caps lock, reset password via your bank’s process, or call internal IT.
Blank page after loginHard refresh; try another browser; if still broken, IT checks network/ad-blocker.
Repeated logoutsYour bank may have shortened session time-ask admin.

For trainers

Add screenshots of your bank’s actual login and MFA screens here; do not use production customer data in captures.
