Scoring history & batch runs

Canonical routes: /scoring/credit-scoring/history · /scoring/credit-scoring/batch
(Legacy /credit-scoring/* URLs redirect here.)

History

Purpose: See past scoring attempts for a customer or cohort-who ran what, when, and which model version produced the output.

What you do

  1. Open History from the scoring area or a deep link from Customer 360 (when present).
  2. Filter by date and identifier your bank allows on screen.
  3. Use detail rows to answer audit questions (“why was this score different last week?”).

Batch

Purpose: Operations or risk run many scores on a controlled population (campaign, data fix, model upgrade validation)-not a substitute for individual underwriting judgment.

What you do

  1. Confirm you have authorization and a written runbook for the batch.
  2. Start batch only from the Batch screen; monitor completion banners or email your process defines.
  3. Verify a sample of rows in history after completion.
