Missing menu item? - permissions checklist

Checklist (in order)

1. Are you signed into the right tenant? (UAT vs prod URLs differ.)
2. Is the feature premium / upcoming? Premium items may be hidden if not licensed-ask AIS account team.
3. Does your role include the item? Compare with Decision-pro/constants.ts for that url.
4. Do you need an extra permission? Example: analytics may require VIEW_BUSINESS_ANALYTICS.
5. Has admin removed the role from your profile after a rotation?

If still missing

• Open an internal IT ticket with username (not password), expected menu label, screenshot of your sidebar, and approximate time.
• Do not share tokens or secrets in tickets.
