Business analytics (/analytics)

Purpose

Business analytics gives risk managers and senior risk a portfolio-wide lens: volumes, losses, trends-not the same as per-loan underwriting screens.

Access

Requires VIEW_BUSINESS_ANALYTICS permission in addition to eligible roles (see MISSION_CONTROL_ITEMS in constants.ts).

What you do

1. Set timeframe consistent with the committee deck you are supporting.
2. Use filters (product, channel, geography-if present).
3. Export only within data classification rules; prefer aggregates over customer-level extracts unless approved.

Trust

Tiles are as-of last refresh; after major operational events, refresh before presenting externally.
