These items appear under Management navigation in Decision-pro/constants.ts (alongside Product factory).
Integrations (/integrations)
Who: Admin and selected risk / compliance roles with VIEW_COMPLIANCE_REPORTS in the nav model.
Purpose: Configure or review connections (webhooks, export destinations, partner systems-tenant-specific). Operators should follow change windows and dual control your bank mandates.
Customer service (/customer-service)
Purpose: Tools for service teams to support customers without giving everyone full credit authority-exact widgets vary by deployment.
vCard management (/vcard)
Status: Premium, admin-oriented in the default manifest. Document only if your bank purchased and enabled it.
Compliance center (/compliance)
Status: Upcoming in navigation metadata-when enabled, add a dedicated guide page here describing reports and escalations.
