Important notice - documentation vs contract

:::danger Contract and law prevail

Documentation is for customer understanding; contractual terms prevail.

This site is provided to support your bank’s understanding and due diligence. It is not a contract, order form, data processing agreement, or legal opinion.

Your signed agreements with AIS (and applicable law and regulatory requirements) always prevail if anything here differs from what you have executed or what your counsel requires.

Who this notice is for

  • CIO / IT: treat pages as orientation, not a substitute for your integration schedule or security sign-off.
  • Compliance / legal: use this portal alongside your policies and AIS’s controlled diligence artifacts-not as standalone regulatory evidence.
  • Integration leads: OpenAPI and integration narratives describe typical patterns; exact endpoints, headers, and behaviors are per environment and per contract.

What to do when you need binding text

  1. Use your executed statements of work, DPAs, SLAs, and security exhibits.
  2. Ask your AIS account team for versioned annexes when this site uses placeholders (TBD, confirm with AIS).
  3. Record gaps on Known gaps (pending confirmation) until they are closed in writing.
