Decision PRO as your bank’s workspace

Decision PRO is designed as the day-to-day home for bank staff who originate, assess, decide, and follow up on credit-using AIS-powered outcomes where your contract enables them.

What you “see” in Decision PRO (conceptual)​

  • Queues and worklists so teams know what needs attention next.
  • Application records with a clear status (in progress, pending information, decided, exception, etc.-labels depend on your configuration).
  • Decision rationale aligned to policy language your bank approved with AIS.
  • History that helps internal audit answer “who saw what, when” for sensitive actions (subject to deployment configuration).

Decision PRO is not a separate “shadow core bank.” It is a governed layer for credit operations that connects to your channels and to AIS services per your architecture.

What Decision PRO is not (boundaries)​

  • It does not replace your general ledger or customer master as the system of record.
  • It does not remove your credit committee or regulatory obligations.
